Mr. Escobar is a teacher at Hillridge Junior High School. He was played by the late Daniel Escobar, who died from diabetes in 2013.
Mr. Escobar teaches drama[1] and chorus. He also runs detention.[2] He serves as the director of the school graduation ceremony.[3]
He is an amateur playwright,[2] and wrote the school play, "Greasier."[1]
He always wears a blue scarf.[1]
